Tonight&#8217;s full moon is the second full moon to occur in August.\u00c2\u00a0 This is a rare occurrence called a <em>Blue Moon<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>We at hhc are sending you a loving reminder to be gentle and compassionate with yourself today, it may feel like there is a lot going on.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to take a deep, slow breath, and make a little time to connect with yourself.
